Advice & Tips:
Did research on my Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, which I have been struggling with since I was 16. I decided to give this a try after many different natural treatments were helping but not entirely fixing the underlying problem.
So far, very minimal side effects, It sometimes gives me gas, but the severity is determined by what I've decided to eat with it. Highly sugary and fatty foods seems to make it worse. Have also had irregular spotting, hoping this resolves as I continue the treatment.
An unexpected good effect is that I have dropped ten pounds even though I've only been taking it a couple weeks now! I have always been physically active but struggled with my weight slightly, probably because of the hormonal problems associated with PCOS.
My head also feels less cloudy since taking it. it seems to really have helped with my blood sugar levels too. Each medication has a different effect on different people, so I'd say if you have PCOS that's been hindering your life try to give it a chance before rejecting it.
