Advice & Tips: I think at first I lost some weight and felt more energized but it would make my blood pressure and sugar drop quickly. It also stopped working after a few months.

Advice & Tips: I control type 2 diabetics with a healthy diet. A wonderful dietitian to help me stop binge eating. Having control and seeing the success far out ways those nasty extra pounds.

Advice & Tips: losing weight (8 stone so far for me) will help you to come off this medication. Exercise and diet os crucial to helping with diabetes as well as Metformin. Got a bad belly yes but other than that it was fine.
