    Slight (for fibromyalgia)
  • Effectiveness
    Slight (for pain)
  • Side effects
Mild (for Overall) (constipation, dry mouth, drowsiness)
  • Adherence
    Always
  • Burden
    A little hard to take
Dosage: 300 mg Daily
Advice & Tips: When I first started taking this it helped with my pain but also I remember noticing that I was more alert & focused. I was able to get things done instead of starting something then forgeting about it like laundry. I used to wash a load then get busy & forget to put it in the dryer. This has helped my mood also to just make me feel better. It doesn't take all my pain away I still hurt all the time but it does give me some relief so I can do day to day things. I can tell a big difference when I forget to take it.
Cost: $25-49 monthly
Side effects: drowsiness, constipation, dry mouth

Aug 1, 2009 (Started )

  • Effectiveness
    Can't tell (for pain)
  • Effectiveness
    Can't tell (for muscle pain)
  • Side effects
    None (for Overall)
  • Adherence
    Never taken as prescribed
  • Burden
    A little hard to take
Advice & Tips: I did not take it as it was prescribed, I was supposed to take it 3 times a day, and I took it usually only once or twice. It did not seem to do anything, so I would think "why bother". Maybe if I had tried a higher dose or actually taken it 3 times a day religiously, it would have made a difference.
