Advice & Tips: Takes away the anxiety pretty quickly. It does leave me with brain fog though. Sometimes hard to get out of bed after taking it. But it has made me calmer and less stressed which has made me a better mom, wife and friend.

Advice & Tips: Fasciculatons had gotten so bad that they would keep me awake. I had argued with my health care workers for months about anxiety meds. I wanted Xanax or Ativan and they wanted me on Paxil. I kept buying Xanax on the street, finally they agreed to give me Valium (Diazepam). My Fasciculations got much better. I still have them but it's much much better now.

Advice & Tips: It works well. However, due to the amount of meds I need to take overall, in the (roughly) last year or so, my care team (including myself), at my request, has been working to gradually decrease the dosage and frequency of this med taken in the daytime for anxiety and muscle spasms. I also take a scheduled dosage of this med at bedtime to help with insomnia, however since this system won't allow me to enter the same med twice (at a different time and dosage and for a different purpose), I added the same med at bedtime on a scheduled dosage by using the brand name (Valium).

Advice & Tips: My doctor was hesitant to prescribe me this medication b/c of it addictiveness, but I take it w/ respect and only when I need it. Usually I take it when things start to overwhelm me, or just to relax to ease the tension in my muscles.
