Advice & Tips: I've had panic and axiety attacks since I was a child (7years old). I've learned to live with the generalized axiety of everyday. Since, I began having symptoms of Fibromyalgia, my panic attacks and having no control of my nerves have become hazard to my daily life. So, the Valium, HELPS me so much.
