Dosage: 20 mg Daily
Advice & Tips: Make sure u don't have alot to do. I normally won't even drive unless someones with me, because I'll zone out and not realize it. I haven't had a speeding ticket since I've been on valium, if anything I drive under the speed limit-which is a godsend for me (LOL)

Advice & Tips: I only take this at bedtime as needed, not on a daily basis. I would recommend this to those that don't have positive effects with other spacticiy drugs.

Advice & Tips: I did not take this drug very often. A 30 tab. prescription would last me about 4 to 6 months. I did not experience any bad side effects. I chose not to continue to take as a sleep aid.

Advice & Tips: I've had panic and axiety attacks since I was a child (7years old). I've learned to live with the generalized axiety of everyday. Since, I began having symptoms of Fibromyalgia, my panic attacks and having no control of my nerves have become hazard to my daily life. So, the Valium, HELPS me so much.
