Dosage: 30 mg Daily
Advice & Tips: I began taking this medication (Restoril) to help me sleep through the night. It's a cheap alternative for Lunesta and Ambien, which I couldn't afford. But, something's better than nothing. Besides, I'm an extreme morning person, so waking up at 3:30 a.m. is becoming my new norm and I'm adjusting.

Advice & Tips: I was prescribed this by my PD doctor for insomnia and it worked if I took it about an hour prior to going to bed. I had to stop taking it because I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and put on a medication for pain that prohibits me from taking the sleep medicine with the pain medicine.
