Advice & Tips: I was taking 1 to start with; changed to 2 to try to get better sleep - made me "depressed" and made sleeping even harder. Went back to 1 and have noticed decrease in pain again and easier to sleep with 1 full dose of sleeping pill.

Advice & Tips: Since taking this, the pain has definitely decreased. The one side effect I've noticed is my sleep isn't at restful at times. Some days the sleep is good, others not.

Advice & Tips: This worked for a long period of time but I felt that I no longer needed. My doctor weened me off of it slowly and now I no longer need it. When I did need it it did the job. I am telling those of you thinking about taking it that it may work for you give it a try and if it works good if not you can slowly get off, no problem.
