Advice & Tips: I was on Baclofen for a year and a half. I didn't think it was working and I wanted to started eliminating some of the prescriptions I'm on so over a month, i weaned myself off of it. Within 3 days, horrendous lag and calf cramps started, severe enough to wake me up in the middle of the night. I tried tonic water, increased my stretching - all to no avail. At my next neurologist's appointment, I got a new prescription and within 2 days the cramps were reduced to manageable.

Dosage: 60 mg Daily
Advice & Tips: Started at ½ tablet 3x daily for 2 weeks, then 1 tablet, then 1½ tablet, then 2 tablets. At this point, I barely had strength to transfer from wheelchair to bed, to commode, etc. Bladder and bowel control became non existent also, requiring 3-4 changes of clothing daily. I dropped back to 1½ tablets 3x daily and problems of fatigue disappeared.

Advice & Tips: Taken orally not on implant. 20 mg every 6 hours plus 10mg/day is doctor recommended and some days are like that, but most days 60 and one Valium, any less and spasm, cramps and twitches return.
