Advice & Tips: I have always had a problem of feeling like I can't stretch enough, so I know this helped a lot in the past, I have recently learned I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, so it makes it harder to give a fair evaluation.

Advice & Tips: It's not the first time I've taken Baclofen, but it has done wonders when taken daily. When I first took Baclofen, I made the mistake of not taking it everyday and I didn't get the benefits. Also, the side effect of tiredness didn't help. I'm not dealing with much of the side effects now and taking it every day really helps with spasticity. I still deal with some, but not nearly to the extent as I was.

Advice & Tips: 2018-02-02: After I broke my right arm at the shoulder, Dr had me increase the dosage to 10mg twice a day and 30mg at bed time.

Dosage: 5 mg Three times daily
Advice & Tips: To avoid the daytime sleepiness, I take 5mg with breakfast (7am) and mid-afternoon (3pm). Starting today my doctor and I agreed I should also take 20mg after dinner. If that makes me sleepy overnight, there is no harm done. And that should help alleviate spasms at bedtime.
