Advice & Tips: I have found that this treatment works well for me but the side effect of weakness, works against me in that I am not able to walk far distances without stopping.

Advice & Tips: I pretty much stopped Baclofen because I have been having back problems. I do not attribute the problems to the drug, however it is possible that it is affecting the support that my back muscles usually provide. I can live with the stiffness without the Baclofen.

Advice & Tips: Too slow to respond to condition ...have been taking it more on an as necessary basis as spasms seem to bother less frequently and spasms respond quickly to marijuana

Advice & Tips: Stopped taking maintainance level as spacicity seems "better". But Baclofen too slow when needed. Marijuana works better.

Advice & Tips: i ended up taking 20mg 4x daily for spasticity and clonus. it wasnt enough. I have spasticity throughout my entire body but legs were worst. I relied on some of it to stand or walk, but it didnt help having such stiffness. So now have the pump. I have a UTI, so some stiffness has returned, but only take 10mg at night. it will cause fatigue when you first start taking it, but follow your prescription and stay on it, your body will become used to it and you wont have the fatigue.

Advice & Tips: I felt fatigue at first, just kept taking it as scheduled, and my body got used to it, so fatigue went away it helps loosen my body up as i have spasticity all over. can definitely tell when i forget a dose, i get stiff all over again.

Advice & Tips: Started at ½ tablet 3x daily for 2 weeks, then 1 tablet, then 1½ tablet, then 2 tablets. At this point, I barely had strength to transfer from wheelchair to bed, to commode, etc. Bladder and bowel control became non existent also, requiring 3-4 changes of clothing daily. I dropped back to 1½ tablets 3x daily and problems of fatigue disappeared.
