Advice & Tips: To avoid the daytime sleepiness, I take 5mg with breakfast (7am) and mid-afternoon (3pm). Starting today my doctor and I agreed I should also take 20mg after dinner. If that makes me sleepy overnight, there is no harm done. And that should help alleviate spasms at bedtime.
