Advice & Tips: It is a slight pain because you're not supposed to eat for two hours before or an hour after, and I'm trying to keep weight on and don't have much of an appetite anyway, meaning taking 6 more hours out of the day when I can't eat on top of the others when I don't care to may not be helpful. But otherwise I don't notice it.

Advice & Tips: I believe by taking this medicine and being compliant with the restrictions (1 hour after, 2 hours before, every 12 hrs) I'm doing everything I can to push off some of the damage. But I started right after diagnosis, so not sure of the effects.
