Advice & Tips: Others could take a higher dose. I can not because I am on Tramadol which shouldn't be combined with SSRIs. Muscle spasms were in the first week. I have only had them once since then and not as bad. But first time was very painful.

Advice & Tips: At the beginning I got severe leg cramps but they've gone now. I stopped taking it but tried again after waiting a couple of weeks. Better now.

Advice & Tips: This worked well, but my depression worsened and I needed something stronger. I was trialed on celexa, but that caused urine retention when mixed with my amytriptlene. So now I am on zoloft which is working ok.
