Advice & Tips: We have tried to take this time release sinament as one pill, one and half pill and one and one fourth pill. My energy level was definately effected by the amount I took. One and one fourth is best. Too muchmade me nervous and upset, too little made me lethargic.

Advice & Tips: This is a pure form of sinament. We tried to cut it to 3/4 a pill becaue of some writhing (my toes on the left foot curl and release all the time). I felt lousy on it. So after two weeks we increased it to the original 1 pill.
