Advice & Tips: I worked while I was on the immediate release carb/levo. and I was supposed to take it TID. However, I often missed my noon dose or ended up taking it late. When I was switched to the CR formula it worked better for me.

Advice & Tips: While I could not tolerate a full dose of the Carbo/Levo 25-100 tablets due to extreme nausea and vomitting, I am able to tolerate the Carbo/Levo Oral Dissolving Tablets 25-100 quite well.

Advice & Tips: I was OK when I was taking 1/2 tab 3 times a day. When I began full dosage, I had severe nausea and vomiting. I was prescribed a nausea med that did not work, and then prescribed Domperidone. Could not stay ahead of the nausea, although it was not as severe and the vomiting stopped. After awhile, I just quit all together because I was tired of being sick to my stomach 24/7. My joint pain increased so I went back to my originally dosage and things have gotten better.

Advice & Tips: Carbo/levo consistently seems to be the most effective med I take. I can tell when it is time for me to take another one. Since sometimes my throat tightens up and my body just refuses to take another pill, I say a little prayer, relax my throat muscle and eventually it goes down. Keeps my ability to walk with confidence at a steady level.

Advice & Tips: The drug works quite well but takes some time to adjust to a suitable dosage... I found out there is an absolute limit to how much I can take in a 23-hour period. If I take more than five tablets, severe side effects kick in. Also while on this drug I am tired most of the time.
