Advice & Tips: Sinemet is a life saver for me, however I am having to take more since I started dialysis. That is because it is dialysed out of the system the 4 hours on the machine.

Advice & Tips: For me, this med has been a life saver. I do have some dyskinesias but I had lowered my dose to 200 mg daily and I was a zombie, I haad no dyskinesias but that was not healthy. If you experimkent with this drug to determine the right dosage, take good notes

Advice & Tips: At the end of the 2 hour cycle, i have to take the next dose otherwise within 20-40 minutes my whole body, twists, shakes and torques to the point of no control. This must be dyskinesia. This is the second stage of Parkinson's existence, lasts 30-60 minutes, is the most painful. It takes 1 hour minimum to get back "on".

Advice & Tips: At the time I had trouble sleeping and would wake up in the very early mornings. Even if I woke for just a moment I would take the medication so that when I woke for the day I could move and not be stiff.

Advice & Tips: This is a pure form of sinament. We tried to cut it to 3/4 a pill becaue of some writhing (my toes on the left foot curl and release all the time). I felt lousy on it. So after two weeks we increased it to the original 1 pill.
