Advice & Tips: After 5-1/2 years med-free, I finally started on levodopa. The symptoms of PD have either gone away (constipation, stooped posture, difficulty walking) or been greatly mitigated (tremor). Best of all, it has enabled me to take my fitness to a new and much higher level. Levodopa has given me my life back.
