Advice & Tips: I thought this treatment worked great, no relapses, no MRI changes after 33 doses. Due to the unknown risk of developing PML after 2 years on the drug , 2 neurologists suggestd I change treatments for safety reasons. No 100% effective treatment for PML. So risk vs benefit became too high.

Advice & Tips: I was in a FDA study for use of Tysabri and SP. It did not work for me at all. It was easy to toloerate the infusions, but after 9 infusions felt it was best to stop.

Advice & Tips: Monthly, I am have taken 2 doses at Dr Tolia's office. It lasts 3 hours each time. So far I have not experienced any positive effect and other then the TN it hasn't gotten worse but the Trigeminal Neuralgia has gotten better due to new drugs prescribed this Saturday.
