Advice & Tips: GREAT medication --- every month right before the treatment -- like 3 to 5 days i start to slow down and my fatigue really increases followed by my pain levels but within a day or two after the infusion i am feeling like super man -- well at least for me --

Advice & Tips: Make sure you drink plenty of fluids. Ask your Dr. if he/she recommends taking something prior to infusion. And do try and give it three months as I did and if it truly isn't working, then stop. No drug is worth feeling horrible for.

Advice & Tips: Tysabri changed my life drastically to the good. Can't say enough good about it. I will never go back to doing shots.

Advice & Tips: I really like Tysabri. I had tried Copaxone and Refib. Once I started Tysabri, If I had known That Copaxone and Rebif made me feel as bad as I did I never would have started doing shots. Now I will never go back to doing shots.

Advice & Tips: I have had no problems taking this medicine. the only annoyance is the one hour drive once a month to receive my injection. Any annoyance from the drive is negated by the outstanding effect this medicine has had for me. as of March 2010 (5 shots) I am no longer taking any of my other medicines. I have not has any single MS symptom and have actually felt more like what I felt like prior to MS. I just wish it would last forever so I will not have to be Dependant on medications again.

Advice & Tips: My experience has been not nearly as much mind-numbing fatigue or fuzzy-headedness. The only side effect has been minor vaginitis (a known possible side effect) which has been very easily managed. It only seems to occur for a week or so after my monthly infusion.
