Advice & Tips: I have a gadget that measures sleep type over time, and i found that zopiclone provides more 'deep sleep' time over promethazine, which is exactly what my brain needs for quality healing and 'cleaning' time after radiation therapy. `Best' is natural sleep after an active day, but you won't get that on 2-4 mg per day of Dexamethasone! LOL Note: for me, 30 minute window from dropping the pill to hitting the hay. After 30 mins, i'm clusmy, half asleep already, but after 0 mins, the initial wave goes, can fight it (e.g. into a film) or just go with the flow, taking longer to drop off, with the 'danger' of feeling groggier next morning.

Advice & Tips: I have been advised, by my GP, not to take more than 3 doses of Zoplicone in any given week.. Reason given, was that to take a dose every day would diminish the effectiveness of the drug... Not sure whether to believe this or not, will discuss this further with my GP on my next visit..
