Advice & Tips: Starting this spring, I began using a phase-change vest, which freezes at 60 degF (in the fridge). It works wonderfully, lasts for hours, and isn't chilling like ice packs.

Advice & Tips: I was very disappointed in this item. Mine warmed up from body heat right away and failed to keep me cool. Also, it's bulky and uncomfortable under clothing.
