Advice & Tips: I have had 1 hour massages 2 times a week for over 2 years now. I found the best Gal who does the best massage and comes to my house. I purchased a massage table and a massage chair, so she doesn't need to bring anything. Her day job, she is a Union bricklayer! I can't imagine what condition I would be in now, if I didn't have these massages twice a week. Sometimes I treat myself and have her come an additional day.

Advice & Tips: I have a former coworker from working hospice that has become a wonderful friend and support system. She comes over as many times a week as I need. She does healing touch and massage on me. It helps my nausea, migraines, pain, and I'm usually able to get a nice nap afterwards. There are a lot of things that have happened since I got ill that I have questioned why, but meeting her definitely happened for a reason!!
