Advice & Tips: I've read so often recently that Vitamin D is a miracle vitamin, highly important, and that so many people are probably deficient in this vitamin. I understand that it is non-toxic to even double my dosage (my current dosage is 2000mg daily). I'm feeling good about this supplementation.

  • Effectiveness
    Moderate (for Support immune health)
  • Side effects
    Mild
  • Adherence
    Always
  • Burden
Not at all hard to take
Dosage: 4000 intl units Daily
Advice & Tips: Although I don't know that I really buy into all the stuff about "die off" reactions... i did notice that I had to scale my doses up... the symptoms seemed to get worse a couple of weeks after starting new dosages and i found out after the first month that i would need to start at 2000iu a day ... i worked up to 4000 over two months.
