Advice & Tips: I have been seeing Dr. O for over 20 years now and we have made a lot of progress over the years. I am taking many meds and most days I feel almost normal but like I said it has been a long road so don't give up. Keep experimenting with meds until you find the right combination to help you out. CBT will never be a perfect science. I do feel so much better after a session with Dr. O. It is so cleansing to get everything off of my chest to a person who is there to listen and not judge me. I see a psychiatrist at a federally funded clinic so I am able to see Dr. O for only $20 a month so if you check around you might be able to find a doctor who is in a price range that you can afford. A local health department might be able to direct you to the right place...
