Advice & Tips: Currently I just take 20 mg the day before and after my IVIG. I receive 40 mg the day of the infusion as premedication.

Advice & Tips: Was restless and gave me a lot of energy. Always had to do something around the house. As dosage was tapered so were the side effects.

Advice & Tips: The only positive about this medication is the fact that it controls and prevents rejection. Other than that, it's a huge pain in my behind. Muscles ache, it keeps my weight at the same level matter how much I don't eat, and the night sweats are VERY inconvenient. However, it is helping to keep me alive. So I guess I shouldn't complain.
