Advice & Tips:
Physical therapy helped me to learn stretchs that I do before getting out of bed in the morning to help decrease the pain I feel when I first get up in the morning. This helped with the stiffness I felt.
A day or so after physical therapy I would flare up and be in more pain than what I originally was in. I loved the pool exercises and they helped a lot but the cool water was a problem. Some days the pool water was so cold to me that I would flare from it.
