Advice & Tips: When Haley and Hana are both asleep, I take a nap. The nap can last 30 min up to 3 hours. This depends on how much the girls allow. The nap is absolutely essential. Without it, I wouldn't be able to get half of what I get done, done. Highly recommend a nap during the day if you aren't getting good sleep at night.

Advice & Tips: This is fine and wonderful, IF you have the time for it. I worked up until August, 2009 and couldn't take time for breaks to take a rest. I was working at least 40 hrs a week and I've had insomnia since I was a pre-teen. So there was NEVER enough restful sleep and still don't get that, no matter how much I rest.
