Advice & Tips: Tramadol (Ultram) is a very good treatment for all-over pain, such as that associated with Fibromyalgia. I stopped taking it simply because I no longer have health insurance, and could not afford to see my doctor. Just a warning - Tramadol does affect serotonin levels in the brain, so if you are taking anything such as an anti-depressant, please be careful!

Advice & Tips: I am sensitive to medication so start with a low dose. No side effect, then slowly increase. With extra strength tylenol and Lyrica my down hill slide stopped. The pain edge lowered from a 6 out of 10 to a 5. I have increased the short acting tramadol 50 mg ( Ultram ) to 3x@ day. I have added long acting tramadol (100 mg) (tridural) 1 @ day. Pregabalin 75 mg (Lyrica) 1 @ day is what stopped the down hill slide. Each day the pain is less. Unfortunately I was more active and blew my bad knee so I am in cast and crutch I am taking Recovery for knee repair. I have a knee replacement on Jan 24
