  • Effectiveness
    Moderate (for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis)
  • Side effects
    None
  • Adherence
    Always
  • Burden
Not at all hard to take
Dosage: 4.5 mg Daily
Advice & Tips: My chain yawning has been a thing of the past, and I am starting to experience an easier time when food is concerned. There is a noticeable reduction in the number of choking/coughing episodes. My FRS is stable, but this may result from some other aspect of my treatment protocol.

Advice & Tips: At the three week stage, I am sleeping much better and my ALS chain yawning has ceased. All other ALS symptoms appear stable, but at least three months will have to pass for meaningful results to become evident. My 4.5mg dose is derived from the standard 50mg tablet.
