    Slight (for ulcerative colitis)
  • Side effects
  • Adherence
  • Burden
    Somewhat hard to take
Dosage: 3000 mg Daily
Advice & Tips: I took Asacol for over a year and in that time I tricked myself into thinking it was working, or at least, it was better than nothing. After 1 year, I experienced severe flu including chills, throwing up, fainting, anemia, etc. while on this treatment so I stopped taking it.
