Advice & Tips: Left the walmart pharmacy for Sierra Pharmacy & compounding lab. I griped to the old pharmacy about a HIPAA violation he automatically started shouting at me over a review thats is not at all on my facebook and before I could finish he said we will not fill your perscriptions so don't come get and the fact your out tonight is not my problem. This was all written to walmart corporate, Arizona Board of Pharmacy and Health & Human Services, Office of Civil Right. Walmart was begging me to stay I still left.

Advice & Tips: I only started 3 in am and 3 in pm last night then this AM. I feel lightheaded already but am gonna give it a few days to a week. I am thinking this is just i my head. going from 4 to 5 did the same thing and it went away soon after. Sue said the doctor changed it to 3 and 3 but only was perscribed the150 pills so I will need to call it in 5/12-5/19 because I only have a 25 day supply and I don't need to do anything. glad I had a week left at moms. who knows it age, I would guess about 4 years.

Advice & Tips: last filled 2/23/15, called in refill 3/18/15, kmart hadn't called me by 3/23/15 so I called them and they said AHCCCS, called cathy and told they are working on the referral 3/24/15, no referral still on 3/25, cathy email me they are working on it 3/26. no keppra@ 2:44 at pharmacy....officially out of keppre 3/27, no keppra till monday. email dr. labiner & cathy......dr. labiners office said call AHCCCS.....AHCCCS is closed.....shelly was rude and un professional, no keppra still on 3/28 & 29. finally went through 3/30 but pharmacy doesn't have it.....its ordered, wasnt ready till 3/31. was ready 6 days after it was due & 4 days after I was out, told to take 2 Lorazepm a day....I felt sooo zombie like, FIRST time I had ever had to go without. I blame whoever works on the approvals &AHCCCS..

Advice & Tips: seizures are getting better ay by day. The past 2 days were mainly absence seizures. Want to ask Dr. Labiner why he wants to remove Banzel? Was it just one person hospitalized by it? For some reason Lennox gastaut medication seems to work for me. I would prefer not to go lower on the banzel dosage. I was taking 5 a day when i came back to seeing him. He tried reducing before but when I got to 1 1/2 twice a day the seizures went up. I was raised up to 2 BID. I prefer to get rid of Oxcarbazepine.

The doctors nurse said he doesn't want me to decrease so many meds without his help, ALL the decreases were made by him throughout 2014.On my next appointment he still wants to get rid of a medication and work from there. hasn't he learned decreasing meds doesn't work. This is the medication I would choose to lose and have Banzel increased. Banzel has helped more than keppra or Levetiracetam. And I want tests to happen.

Advice & Tips: As my G4 GBM has 'woken up' after debulking surgery, it's tickled the brain and caused a few seizures, so we've upped the dose to 750mg twice daily, which has increased the sensation of sleepiness and mild nausea - but really nothing to complain about. And IIRC, these symptoms do reduce after a week or two. Not feeling any of the symptoms some people get (no mood changes, anger or agressiveness problems).

Advice & Tips: Ive been on Keppra since the end of 2011. Its been an interesting experience. I was on it with Trileptal originally, and now Im on it with Zonegran. I noticed that once they increased my Keppra dosage that my irritability increased. And thats when I started to experience the famous "Keppra rage." Once I noticed that, I told my neuro to decrease my dosage, and my irritability decreased with it. My advice to anyone is that if you dont like dealing with irritability issues than by all means, please discuss decreasing your dosage with your doctor.... they'll be more than willing to help you out with your dosage so you wont become a raging lunatic like I was during that time. Trust me on this! Haha. Another thing is that Keppra has helped me out with my seizures better than any other medication has so far and I am so happy with it so far. Im also on generic Keppra! So if name brand Keppra doesnt work for you, feel free to try generic Keppra like me, and it might just work for you too!

Advice & Tips: Ive been on Keppra with Trileptal for about two months now, and most of the side effects have subsided. I've been feeling pretty good so far and havent had a major complex or major simple partial seizure since October and I'd like to keep it that way. Also, I still havent had the "Keppra rage" yet. To anyone thats considering Keppra, don't be afraid, just give it a try and make sure you keep an eye on any mood changes is all (and ask your family and friends too!)

I do notice that it has been making my fuse a bit shorter, but i'm not acting out on aggression without a reason. I have also been having a fluctuating appetite while on Keppra and some weight loss (but very slow weight loss). Advice & Tips: While Keppra seems to do a very good job of stopping grand mals in their tracks, I still have quite frequent absence seizures, visual auras, olfactory auras (more often than visual) and serious memory issues. On top of all that, I have fits of rage out of nowhere that can last for up to several hours in which case I stay in my bedroom away from the rest of the family. Even though I have been taking Keppra for years, it STILL makes me groggy, especially if I have to take pain killers of any kind. I have also recently noticed having some problems with things tasting wrong, if not totally disgusting. Foods that I normally love taste gross. I have also lost a lot of hair since I started taking Keppra, but I have to admit it could possibly just be coincidental that I am 52 and just thinning out due to age.
