Advice & Tips: I HATE BEING BED BOUND,I NO LONGER HAVE A LIFE.HUSBAND DOES IT ALL.I DO TEND TO MY ANIMALS AND COME BACK TO BED.EVEN IF I SPEND ONE DAY VISITING WITH MY GRANDKIDS.I AM IN SEVERE PAIN AND EXHAUSTION THE NEXT WEEK.THIS RESTING IS A CONSTANT,TO FEEL ANY RELIEF AT ALL.

Advice & Tips: Its a catch 22....it's important to not get too fatigued and yet it can really make days very hard to schedule around these and makes it hard to get much done.
Side effects: difficulty completing activities, interferes with socializing, ADL's, all aspects of daily life.

Advice & Tips: This is fine and wonderful, IF you have the time for it. I worked up until August, 2009 and couldn't take time for breaks to take a rest. I was working at least 40 hrs a week and I've had insomnia since I was a pre-teen. So there was NEVER enough restful sleep and still don't get that, no matter how much I rest.
