Advice & Tips: Be honest. Be open. Everyone has issues and if you can talk about them honestly you will be taking care of yourself and it will help. Forgive yourself for your faults and know that you can reverse bad habits, moods, attitudes, thoughts and patterns.

Advice & Tips: Group therapy for fibro sufferers is wonderful. Watch which groups you work with. Many are just whining, poor is me cry sessions. I want a group with which I can explain what's going on, and get a reasonable plan of action.
