  • Effectiveness
    Moderate (for General health)
  • Side effects
    None
  • Adherence
    Usually
  • Burden
    Somewhat hard to take
Dosage: 400 intl units Daily
Advice & Tips: It's good for skin tone and healing wounds but don't eat too many. The oil base can give you diarrhea and it's fat soluble so you don't pee out the excess. You can cut them open and apply the goo to wrinkles (the expensive, non-mixed with acetate kind is best for this), clear up weird dark spots, and mix a few cheap ones with aloe vera gel for sunburn.
