Dosage: 2 tbs. Daily
Advice & Tips: Initially took cod liver oil to obtain more vitamin D in my body, to increase effectiveness of prolotherapy injections I was receiving at the time. After injection treatment ended, took for muscle & joint pain. Intermittently stopped taking cod liver oil from time to time, due to IBS flare-ups.

Advice & Tips: it brought my Vit D count to a fair level and I am now taking a multivitamin with Vit D and calcium, easier and less expensive
