Advice & Tips: When starting a supplement regimen, pay careful attention to the timing of your doses. I found that there were some supplements I could not take together or I wouldn't feel well. Since starting the supplements I have lost about 20 lbs.

Advice & Tips: it was easy to take but remembering to is another story since I took it only twice a week. I am now taking a multivitamin and eating foods with calcium and drinking more milk (YUCK)

Advice & Tips: Had a blood test on 12/16/2010 that showed my Vit D levels were too low (doc told me this on 1/5/2011) so I decided to start taking it again. I use Vit D in drop form; it's mixed with an oil, so I put 5 drops (10,000 IU) on top of my peanut butter toast in the morning that I eat for breakfast. I don't even taste it.
