Advice & Tips: I have had 1 hour massages 2 times a week for over 2 years now. I found the best Gal who does the best massage and comes to my house. I purchased a massage table and a massage chair, so she doesn't need to bring anything. Her day job, she is a Union bricklayer! I can't imagine what condition I would be in now, if I didn't have these massages twice a week. Sometimes I treat myself and have her come an additional day.

Advice & Tips: This is to track possible neuropathy. Disregard treatment. I asked the neurologist about my numb feet. It is symmetrical, so probably not directly related to PD. Several blood tests eliminated several causes. We are in "watch" mode. In March 2017, it seems like my left middle finger is tingling. I hope it's only related to my sore neck. Right fingers are ok.

Advice & Tips: I have a former coworker from working hospice that has become a wonderful friend and support system. She comes over as many times a week as I need. She does healing touch and massage on me. It helps my nausea, migraines, pain, and I'm usually able to get a nice nap afterwards. There are a lot of things that have happened since I got ill that I have questioned why, but meeting her definitely happened for a reason!!

It has taken away my pain, gotten me off drugs completely and given me my energy and smile back. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is currently suffering. It was the first time that I ever went to any doctor, therapist, etc. and they actually said they were going to be able to fix me. I finally had a small sliver of hope and it turned out to be a true gift.
