Advice & Tips:
I try and do at least a little of some type of exercise almost every day, even if it's just 5 mins. I started with very little, I am slowly working my way to adding more time. I can't do much as is but even the little I do has helped me SO MUCH!!!!! (along with my meds and supplements and a healthy diet).
I have more energy, better sleep.
I feel almost like a normal person. I"m still very limited in some ways, but in others I'm doing quite well.
