Sep 10, 2012 (Started Jul 01, 2011)

  • Effectiveness
Can't tell (for high cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia))
  • Side effects
    Mild (itching)
  • Adherence
    Always
  • Burden
    A little hard to take
Dosage: 100 mg Daily
Advice & Tips: I never knew if I was going to experience the flushing and itching after taking it. Sometimes it didn't and other times it really hit. Drinking a lot of water when I felt it starting helped, but after a meal it made an uncomfortable few hours. It was like gambling, but it seemed I lost more times than not so I talked to the Naturopath and we stopped it.
