Advice & Tips: Try to handle taking lower doses to handle your pain because the higher the dose the more likely you are to encounter side affects! My perfect dosage to almost completly wipe out my fibro pain is 300 mg 3 x's a day ( i was in the reasearch program for lyrica) but the side effect that always comes for me is the weight gain but on lower doses it does'nt effect my weight very much!
