Advice & Tips:
I hate putting them on every day but I LOVE the way they make my legs feel. Eliminates the heaviness and aching. Reduces swelling. I can walk better, longer, further if I I wear them daily. I wish I could wear the full tight but I am too arthritic to put them on. I wear only the knee high style. Those can bind, especially behind the knee or at the ankle if they sag down. But it is minor. I purchase them on-line, a national discount clothing chain offers several degrees of support-I get the strongest support I can afford. I wash them in the washer and dry them in the dryer. These economy stockings seem to do as well as the expensive medical sup hose and I replace them more often for optimum support.
