When i first started i took it at night when i went to bed just in case i had side effects i thought maybe i would sleep through them,and just this week i have started taking first thing in the morning and the reason i switched is because i missed a couple of days and when i remembered it was morning so i went ahead and took so i have been on mornings since.i notice iv started sweating which i hardly ever did before and some headaches that are new from time to time but mild and short lasting. overall i can tell a difference in my depression and my fibro fatigue.
