  • Effectiveness
    Major (for reduces exacerbations)
  • Side effects
    None
  • Adherence
    Always
  • Burden
Not at all hard to take
Dosage: 3 mg Daily
Advice & Tips: I have been on LDN for five and a half years now, with no exacerbations, other than the two times I had to stop taking LDN, due to surgery, and the need for narcotics. My last exacerbation occurred one day after stopping LDN , in order to have knee replacement surgery. Due to the exacerbation, I did not have the surgery, and need to comtemplate how I will have this replacement, without the use of narcotic drugs. I will not go off of LDN for any reason, again.
Cost: $25-49 monthly

Advice & Tips: I have been doing really well on LDN for the last few months, better energy and much less pain. In the beginning I had some vivid dreams but that passed. In the last 2-3 weeks however, I have begun having vivid bad dreams and even nightmares - as of last night, I am decreasing from 4.5 mg to 3 mg to see if that will eliminate the bad dreams.
