  • Effectiveness
Slight (for This is for Fibromyalgia pain, but also will take place of antidepressants. It is also said to help with fatigue.)
  • Side effects
    Severe (elevated blood pressure)
  • Adherence
    Always
  • Burden
    Very hard to take
Dosage: 150 mg Daily
Advice & Tips: This medicine caused my blood pressure to soar, my heart to palpitate, and made me feel terrible in general. Once I was on it, I couldn't just stop taking it. The price is prohibitive, so thank God one of my doctors had a sample packet in his office (the same one the pharmacy wanted $130 for). I was able to wean off the medicine, but it took about a month for my blood pressure, etc. to go back to normal.
Side effects: elevated blood pressure
