Somewhat hard to take
Advice & Tips:
I'd pretty much recommend everyone see a therapist as part of general health. Therapy is a skill, though, and it takes time and practice to start seeing benefits. It's time-consuming and I go during work, so that's somewhat inconvenient and there's obviously some stigma to it. Luckily I work in an environment where there's really no stigma attached to it.
