Not at all hard to take
Advice & Tips:
The nausea and abdominal cramps only happened on the first and second days I took it, when I took the recommended 4T and 2T respectively. Since I reduced the amount to 1T on the third day, I have not experienced any side effects. I prefer taking this to psyllium husk, as it does not cause bloating or gas, you don't have to take as much and it is therefore less expensive.
