    Severe (impact on upper body muscles, toughening of the skin on the palms, Skin problems)

Dosage: As needed
Advice & Tips: whlst using these elbow crutches it is advisable to be in contact with a physiotherapist as upper arm and chest muscles are effected and they can give you exercises (Pilates) to do to prevent any problems that can and may occur
Cost: < $25 monthly

Advice & Tips: I stopped because I worry more about falling now. My new rolling walker with brakes, and a seat, seems both faster and safer. Outside, my wife pushes me in a manual wheelchair (by Otto Bock).
