Advice & Tips: This medication appears to be the primary building block with individuals having the type that I have (Mainly tremors and speech). It all too often happens that you feel so good that you fail to realize that it is time for another dose. Stress is a big factor in the degree of symptoms experienced. In stressful situations I sometimes take an addition pill. This seems to help.

Advice & Tips: Timing is important as wearing off can impact on a whole day's activities. I very gradually add a little more time between doses so that I can quickly revert to previous timing. I seem to have more frequent, pronounced & longer lasting tremor. I have also started 'feezing' during walkng as well as at the start & during turning. I am slowing right down, stiff & sore joints & consequent fatigue.
