Advice & Tips: For me, the Fibro & neuropathy pain relief purported to be delivered by Cymbalta were almost non-existent. Additionally, it was not as effective for me as Prozac for mood swings, anxiety, and OCD related obsessions.

Advice & Tips: when I first started, i was hurting real bad.. Then after awhile of taking the med they increased the dosage and it seems like its holding for now. Ever now and then, i have pain, especially when it starts to get cold outside or under an air conditioner... I can't stand to get cold. I have been able to do alittle bit more on some days but on others i just can't do nothing.

Advice & Tips: Not everyone can take the same drugs. I have tried all those that are supposedly for Fibro and they make me terribly sick. I am extremely sensitive to meds.

Advice & Tips: I was on this treatment before and weened off of it thinking I was OK to quit. My pain was unbareable and I had gotten so much relief from the Cymbalta that I forgot how much pain I was in without it. I was taking 12+ Extra strength Tylenol a day to try and manage the pain. Now I am taking Cymbalta again and my children don't hear me say "I hurt" anymore. I'm mostly uncomfortable and the pain is barely there.
